Every Child Gets an Acrylic Trophy

I know that as the children age and they go on to other baseball programs like Babe Ruth or the Majors, after that they don’t get an acrylic trophy for every child. That’s up to their coaches and the people in charge of their league. I can understand it with the older children. However, with the little ones it is important that each child know that they are an integral part of the team. Every single one of the nine players is important.
